Copy folder from FTDD Beta.zip
Open FTDD.exe
Plug in controllers (ONCE GAME IS OPENED) in the order you'd like them to be. (If controller input is buggy during gameplay. Exit, unplug, run again, then plug in controllers. This is a problem with Unity, will fix with XInput soon).
